3. Memberships & Subscriptions

a) Digital Memberships / Online Access

  • Fees paid for memberships, subscriptions, or digital access are non-refundable once access is granted.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time through the provided method or by contacting us.
  b) Accidental Duplicate Payments

  • In case of a genuine duplicate payment error, a refund may be considered after verification.

4. Events, Retreats, Workshops & Programs

a) Online Programs

  • Fees for online programs, courses, or workshops are non-refundable once the program has commenced or access materials are shared.
  b) Physical Events / Retreats

Refund eligibility (if any) will depend on the specific event and will be clearly mentioned at the time of registration.

Unless stated otherwise:

5. Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of:  
  • Digital content
  • PDFs, recordings, videos, or downloadable materials
  are final and non-refundable, as access is instant and irrevocable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving:  
  • Technical errors on our side
  • Proven payment gateway failures
  • Genuine hardship with compelling reasons
  Refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Rishikula.

Such decisions are final and made with fairness, not entitlement.
